Gilt monogrammed tan leather attaché given to JFK by Jacqueline Bouvier as a wedding present in 1953. Hand-carried by three Kennedys: JFK, Jacqueline as she left the White House for the last time, and John, Jr. as astudent at Brown University.

The combined collections representing 330 lots include two limited edition copies of Kennedy’s Inaugural Address with dedicatory inscriptions by President Kennedy; Jacqueline Kennedy’s correspondence; a leather bound copy of “John F. Kennedy Memorial at Runnymede”, privately printed for Jacqueline Kennedy for the 1965 dedicatory ceremony with HRH Queen Elizabeth II and other dignitaries, with Jacqueline Kennedy’s note; a Kennedy Inaugural silver pen and pencil set; original unpublished and other Kennedy personal photographs, many inscribed (by White House photographers Cecil Stoughton, R. L. Knudsen, fashion photographer Richard Avedon); an original painting of Senator John F. Kennedy holding a scroll with an inscription by Kennedy on the scroll; 1960 Presidential campaign memorabilia; JFK memorial items; and inscribed books.

Articles of Jacqueline and John F. Kennedy’s clothing to be sold include JFK’s suit, dress shirts, tuxedo and Navy-issue boxer shorts, and Jackie’s daytime and evening ware, (nightgowns to evening gowns) by American and European designers. Personal accessories include cigarettes, lighters, lipsticks, toiletries; Jackie’s sleeping cap and bathing suits.
