Gilt monogrammed tan leather attaché given to JFK by Jacqueline Bouvier
as a wedding present in 1953. Hand-carried by three Kennedys: JFK, Jacqueline as she left
the White House for the last time, and John, Jr. as astudent at Brown University.

Buttons for John F. Kennedy’s 1960 campaign include: one “Democracy for Jack Kennedy” with JFK photo, 3 1/2” dia.; one “Kennedy” on red, white and blue stripe with JFK’s face, 1” dia.; one “Kennedy for President”, and pair “Kennedy” round pins made into screw-back earrings together with ten “Kennedy ‘80” pins used for Edward Kennedy’s campaign, 1 1/4” dia.

Pale pink ecru nylon net and lace, with a 7” ecru lace standup collar embroidered with pink flowers upper left, sheer net ruffle at neck and at cuffs, the front-closing bodice with three sets of three small buttons, long sleeves, body with sheer netting over pale pink nylon, apx. 58”l, labeled: “Dijon, New York”, hole to right sleeve, netting fragile on right sleeve, small hole in right front, small black smudge on front left.

Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis’ Autograph Note Signed
Personal Christmas greeting inscribed: “So much love to Provy at Christmas, Jacqueline Onassis” with three drawn hearts, red ink on a white card with red border, no envelope or date, 5” x 3 1/2”.

John F. Kennedy’s Suit
Gray tweed, owned by John F. Kennedy, custom designed by “H. Harris 2043 E. 59th St. New York, handwritten label sewn on inside pocket: Sen. Kennedy 5/26/55”.

This suit was given to Provi’s son, Hector Paredes, by JFK in Palm Beach at Christmas 1960 and later placed in storage. Subsequently, a note was discovered inside a pocket of the suit from one of JFK’s staff members asking Senator John Kennedy to call Senator Johnson. This note is Lot 138 in this sale.
